Ok folks, now that you have officially made the first step down the path to becoming a coffee snob, it is time for a leap.Buy Whole Bean coffee. I know this sounds like a pain, but the first rule of coffee snobbery is this:The fresher the better.If you keep your coffee beans and then grind just before brewing you will have the best results.I love our ground coffee, and I must tell you we go through a lot of trouble to make sure our ground coffee is some of the best on the market, but there is truth in that grinding, then drinking is best. So the little bit of trouble and little bit of mess you must endure is well worth it.(Warning!
